I recently gave this seller one star and a very negative review. I don't know how to go back and change it, so I'm writing this one in lieu of retracting the last one. I thought the item never reached my friend and that the seller didn't respond to my e-mail, but one - his e-mail responding to me got lost in amazon cyberspace, and two - the package never reached b/c I gave him the wrong address! We are in the process of resolving all of this, but I wanted to get this out there right away b/c I know his rating and reputation are important for his business, and however this is resolved, I am impressed with his professionalism and regret saying anything to the contrary!!!Beautiful By Ellen Wallenstein
