"Bent Cypress and Blue Lady" A local legend, the ghost of the Blue Lady walks the bluff along Half Moon Bay. She wears an evening gown from the roaring 20's. A crow (messenger between worlds) perches on one of the distinctive cypress trees. Seagulls glide through clouds in gentle shades of mauve, gray and purple tones. A golden halo surrounds the sun in the late afternoon. Offered as a handcrafted pendant from artwork by California Artist Laura Milnor Iverson. Pendant size: 1 3/8" x 1 5/8" or 30mm x 40mm (not including the bail, which is the loop that fits over the necklace). Material: Archival print topped with a glass cabochon. For the setting, lead-free base metal. A black ribbon necklace is included so the piece is ready to wear. These have an extender chain that adjusts from approximately 18" - 20", closing with a lobster claw clasp. Please note that this wearable art is not waterproof.

I have never seen anything quite like this before. Wearing this pendant makes you feel as if you have, - like Alice in Wonderland, - stumbled into a different world. But this time, you have been pulled into a world inhabited by the Blue Lady Ghost of Half Moon Bay.
The creator of this pendant has done a wonderful job of capturing the mood of the story. I especially love the setting - and the colors in the pendant. I am delighted the artist chose this way way to share her art by making it the subject of a pendant!
I am proud to own and wear this unique piece of art. I am sure that people who see mine will be wanting something similar for themselves, or to give as a gift, or maybe both. In this world of mass produced items, it is a delight to receive something unique and hand crafted by a true artist.
