This is a pewter pendant from our "Celtic Harmony" collection. This particular design is called "Sexuality". The pendant comes on a story card explaining the meaning of the pendant. A black adjustable, corded necklace is included. To the Celts, the tree was the symbol of sexual potency, the fertility innate in all nature. In the early middle ages the mystical cult of the Celts roamed throughout Europe. By wearing this symbol the Celts believed they would be in harmony with the virtue of this symbol.

When I first met my husband he wore a celtic harmony necklace. I liked it so much that he gave this one to me as a gift. We are married now and we have been wearing these necklaces for years. I love the symbolism of the necklaces and the personal meaning they hold for my husband and I. We never take them off so they take a beating from showering and such. The first time I bought this item was in 2006 at a county fair. I wore it almost everyday until 2011 when it finally broke. I had been looking for over a year for a suitable replacement and nothing measured up. I was so ecstatic to find the exact same necklace I had bought all those years ago, and hope I get another 5 years out of it. I would have paid a lot more for this necklace.
