The item I received is nowhere near 7". It's 4 inches at the most. It barely fits my wrist. The charm looks to be made of cheap metal that will break easily. Would not recommend it.Underwhelming By Tammy Faughey

It's not the 7" stated but certainly not 4". It fits my 6 1/2" wrist perfectly with a little breathing space. It's not stretching at all. I like the small stones and it's so lightweight I can wear every day and barely know it's there. So dainty and pretty.
