i ordered the Palm tree charm and when it came in i noticed that it was actually the sea horse charm.. i notified Amazon and was shipped the correct charm, it got to me within a day of me reporting that it was the wrong one. all in all even though it was wrong the first time, they handled the misshap very well and there was no issues. they also sent returne shipment lables and it cost me nothing to send because i used the original box
